Yep Merv...we've got lots in common for sure. We'll hook up next yr. I'm not a 'groupie' either...bought my bikes to get away from the pack so to speak. As for following rules...well from our past mutual experiences, I'd say we're focussed in the same direction, that is West of the O.P.

Thanks for the reply Merv. Put a big set of knobbies on her and you'll be ok...lol. You're right...wait till its paved and you'll enjoy it more...I will to as I'm not too fond of dust either. Be nice to hook up for a NP ride tho..i usually get vacation mid-July to mid-August give or take. Gotta get out past the Overpass and search for Hallowed Ground....Ha Ha.....

Hi Merv,
How's it going? Joined your site today, it seems like a nice site. Perhaps we can go for a ride next Summer, I'm going to the Northern Peninsula hopefully. Might be nice to link up and go back to our old stompin' gounds. Take care, Dave N.

Hey Mervyn,

Looks like time is getting very short for another run, but as I can see from the clock it's only 153 days 9 hours 47 min and 30 sec. Ha!Ha!
Just wondering what that site is for the trunks?

God Bless

Hi Mervyn,
All is well with me and my dad is doing alot better. I am up for a ride tomorrow, but I won't be on the go until around 1:30. Is that OK with you? Heard you are looking at a new bike?

God Bless

Hey Mervyn,

Don't think we will go out that far tomorrow with everything on the go. On that note they moved my Dad out of ICU and to a room on the 7th floor this afternoon. His mind is a bit foggy and hopefully in the next couple of days he will come out of it. Each day is a bit better. Anyway have a safe run tomorrow and we will see you next weekend on the Toys for Tots run.

God Bless

Hey Mervyn,

Thank you for your prayers. My dad is doing better. He is breathing on his own and they are hoping to get him to eat some solid food today. Doing alot better.
Wayne said you are going for a run tomorrow. What time are you leaving? I need to get out on the open road and relax.

God Bless

Hey Mervyn,
Great pictures over the weekend. We have to get out riding more often. Really looking forward to going across the Island. It should be a blast.

Hey,
Heard you have your seat back. What is it like compared to the old one? Maybe we can get a ride or two in the weekend if the weather holds up.

God Bless

I am not a expert but I would not exceed the amps, it could fry the battery if you do. Yeah, I have to take my battery off the bike this weekend and fill up with stabilized premium gas.

Hey Mervyn,

I think I will put my bike away for the winter. It's getting alot colder now and it's getting to be a tease having the bike ready and not getting any good weather. So into hibernation it goes. I picked up a battery charger 2A and my book says to charge my battery at 1.5A for 5 - 10 hours. Is my charger too powerful? Are you finished riding yet?
